  • How Do I Get My Product On Air?
    Products that are highly demonstrable, solve problems, make life easier, appeal to a broad audience, lend themselves to storytelling and have unique features and benefits are of interest to us. If your brand/product(s) fit the bill, go to our Contacts page and send us a message.
  • Do You Charge A Fee To Evaluate My Product?
    No. We do not charge a fee to evaluate your product(s). If we do take an interest in your product(s) and brand we will be happy to discuss compensation at the appropriate time.
  • How Long Will It Take My Product(s) To Appear On Air?
    Certainly, the speed at which your product(s) can move through the development and setup process at QVC/HSN and arrive on live TV depends on a few factors including seasonality, QA testing, legal claims and availability of appropriate thematic airtime. Typically the process takes between 30 - 90 days.
  • Who Will Present My Product Live On Air?
    QVC and HSN provide a program host for every live airing. You must provide an "on air guest" or we may assist you in identifying a live on air guest from our pool of local talent
  • How Long Is A Typical Live Airing On QVC And HSN?
    A typical live airing on QVC and HSN is between 6 - 8 minutes. However, some promotions will run 10 - 15 minutes per airing. As well, depending on your brand strategy, there may also be opportunity for one hour themed and brand dedicated shows.
  • What Happens If We Have a "Sell Out" On Air?
    First off... Congratulations! Now its time for a re-order and an ongoing airtime strategy to build continued sales revenue and gather increasing live television brand exposure.
  • What Happens If We Don't Have a "Sell Out" On Air?
    Well... a few things. If we have met our re-scriptable and/or re-orderable productivity requirements that QVC and HSN have set forth for your airing(s) then we will see the products(s) re-air and possibly see inventory levels replenished with additional load quantity requests (for drop ship partners) or new QVC purchase orders....life is good and we continue to move forward. If your product(s) fails to meet productivity requirements you may be asked to accept a product return of any unsold inventory.
  • What Are QVC And HSN's Customer Return Policies?
    QVC and HSN give their customers an unconditional 30 day return privilege. However, during the 4th quarter, QVC and HSN often extend this window and allow any items purchased to be returned through January of the new year. Of course, as a QVC and/or HSN vendor you will be required to support this strategy.
