Our Four Step Approach

1. Evaluate

On our initial call we will cover the following:
  • Learn about your brand and product lineup
  • Identify brand/product market positioning
  • Understand and influence the story telling aspect and dive into the art of selling on live TV (the who, what, where and when)
  • Determine areas of operational strength and weakness; focusing on production capabilities, lead times and fulfillment expertise
  • Discuss how the QVC and HSN platforms can achieve your broader sales and marketing goals
  • Focus on the key components necessary to achieve success on air when creating unique and compelling QVC and HSN offers

2. Strategize

On our second call we will cover the following:
  • Review the micro economics of offer creation for QVC and HSN
  • Share our customized P&L spreadsheet tool that includes a thorough line item cost analysis so that you can see what your bottom line net profit is for each offer we create together
  • Address known obstacles (ie. need for a 3PL fulfillment partner, broader market retail pricing channel conflicts as well as planned sale or event driven retail comps)
  • Flexibility to create customizable offers (ie. exclusive color ways, flavor profiles, piece counts)
  • Potential need for QA testing protocols, claim substantiations

3. Present

In preparation for our Buyer meeting we will:
  • Collect additional brand assets (presentation decks, social media stats, brand video assets, on air guest bio) and prepare for buyer presentation
  • Review pricing, client approved offers
  • Finalize the choice for your brand/product's QVC or HSN on air talent

4. Execute

In anticipation of your first airing and all subsequent airings we will handle the following:
  • Receive from buying team airdate and inventory needed to support
  • Receive Purchase Orders; plan production and delivery timelines, routing, delivery appointments to QVC or HSN DC's
    • If you engage as a drop ship vendor, we will facilitate the connection to QVC or HSN's EDI partner, train your staff or your 3PL fulfillment on the procedure to handle and ship QVC or HSN orders as while adhering to the performance expectations QVC and HSN require
  • Hands on guest training by our experienced team (one to one Skype demo, ideation of key on air selling points, visual on air demonstration techniques and strategy)
  • Identify additional assets needed to support live airings (pre-produced b roll, images, awards, certifications, etc.)
  • Plan out props, samples and scope of work (food) to support live airing
