With a penchant for great storytelling and a keen eye for unique product, Jeff Oliphant has been creating winning brand marketing programs while developing significant special market revenues for his QVC clients since 1998. A legacy representation group with one of the longest standing successful tenures of any organization doing business exclusively with QVC, J.W. Oliphant & Associates, under Jeff's leadership, has been responsible for many of the most successful strategic sales efforts and memorable live TV moments in QVC's storied history. And with the 2018 QVC acquisition of HSN under the flagship Qurate Retail Group banner, Jeff is looking forward to applying his team’s expertise to QVC’s sister channel to create even more indelible moments and memorable successes. Prior to starting J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Jeff partnered in the start up of One Source Groupa logistics and merchandising modeled business providing foundational support for QVC.com in their infancy. And prior to this, Jeff created Great American Booksellers a boutique fulfillment company offering pick, pack and drop ship services to an emerging e-commerce publishing community. A Connecticut native, Jeff is the proud father of two outstanding young adults, enjoys a good read, delicious food, an occasional round of golf and discovering new favorite places while traveling.
Caitlin Feldman is a graduate of Albright College with a dual degree in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising. Before joining J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Caitlin spent 5 years with QVC as a merchant/buyer in various categories including Gourmet Food and Kitchen Hardgoods, helping to launch and build many successful brands. During her time at QVC she won outstanding achievement awards in both sales, product development, and show planning & execution. She was responsible for managing some of the largest food brands with double digit growth year over year. Caitlin, a PA resident, enjoys traveling, baking and shopping. A former collegiate all-conference field hockey athlete, she is now enjoying raising her daughter, Stella and son Archie.
Kimberley Grayson has been building brands for as long as she can remember. As a former Chief Marketing Officer for world-class retailers such as Ulta Beauty, The Gap, The Children's Place, the Aerosoles footwear brand and as a merchandising executive with Bloomingdales and a variety of independent specialty stores, Kimberley has a passion and eye for exciting product and compelling brand stories. Most recently, as the lead for both marketing and merchandising for Abe's Market, Kimberley worked with thousands of emerging brands in the natural and organic sector, helping customers find the very best food, beauty and household products to enrich their lives. Kimberley lives in New Jersey wither family and, as a healthy-living enthusiast and nutritionist, Kimberley is in constant pursuit of the perfect green juice, purely effective beauty products and delicious ways to bring healthy ingredients into her diet. As a Business Development Advisor to J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Kimberley seeks out the most innovative and authentic brands & products to introduce to the QVC and HSN audience.
Mark Foreman is a 30 year veteran of the Real Estate industry having spent the last five years in senior executive positions with the Century 21 and Better Homes & Gardens brands as well as significant leadership roles for the National Association of Realtors. Mark also built a successful startup real estate brokerage and mortgage business prior to his work with the Realogy Corporation. Among Mark's many talents are his fundamental understanding of business dynamics and deal structure as well as his instinctive pursuit of creative business opportunities. In his role as Vice President Business Development with J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Mark identifies, nurtures and develops the most compelling product and brand launches within the QVC and HSN retail models. A graduate of Yale University, Mark lives in Connecticut with his family and enjoys a daily run, a round of golf, great food and time spent with his two grown daughters.
Aubri Oliphant joined J.W. Oliphant & Associates in May of 2018. Aubri comes to us from the TJX Companies where she was provided the opportunity to cut her retail teeth and brand building skills on a large scale. As a Brand Manager with J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Aubri will continue to hone her big thinking skills with brands large and small to create fast moving and successful businesses on the QVC and HSN platforms. In 2019, Aubri championed the growth of the #1 ranked new product in the entire culinary space at QVC. Aubri is a graduate of Union College and is a Certified Hot Warrior Yoga Instructor. These days, Aubri loves the big city vibe, the emerging and on trend national food scene and all things shopping! Aubri is a proud owner of a Cockapoo named Moose.
Sergio Bucciarelli joined the J.W. Oliphant & Associates team in 2018 as a certified On-Air guest in the Food and Kitchen category. Sergio Splits his time as a Brand Manager where he brings a completely unique and advantageous experience to our team and the QVC food businesses he manages. Having spent over 25 years honing his foodie craft at his family owned bakeries, import/export businesses and working at the famed Le Bec Fin restaurant in Philadelphia, Sergio has seen it all in the food space! A trained professional photographer, Sergio’s work has been featured in Vogue, Glamour, Allure, and Women’s Health magazines. This unique view through the lens is always evident in the creative on air strategy Sergio employs with the Live TV QVC businesses he builds and manages for J.W. Oliphant & Associates. Sergio currently resides in West Chester, PA with his adored wife and 3 very loved kids.
Ralph Pallarino started cooking at 5 years old! A self-taught chef, Ralph has owned and operated three restaurants in the Philadelphia area...creating menus and serving as head chef. Ralph's experience with food in front of the camera includes appearing on "Date Plate" on The Food Network, NBC's "The Restaurant" several local TV food spots and his current role as the QVC on air spokesperson for The Kansas City Steak Company. Along with Ralphs' considerable experience in all facets of the broader food business he has a degree in Finance & Accounting and further enhances his J.W. Oliphant & Associatesduties by sourcing and table setting a wide variety of new brands and products for our brand managing team. Ralph enjoys wine tasting, cooking and playing tennis and resides in Eastern PA with his wife and two children.
